I remember Ronnie's first day employed with Butts County which stared in dispatch. I thought to myself, Gosh he is tall. As I worked with Ronnie in dispatch he spoke of his love for his beautiful wife and daughters. They were his life. He spoke of playing ball and how he wanted to be a deputy but, Henry Counties hiring process was taking too long. I smiled and told him that if things didn't work out for him in dispatch maybe he could go to the patrol here. He was hopeful and then it happened. We were so happy for Ronnie when he got his transfer to the jail because, we knew it wouldn't be long before going to the road. Ronnie always carried himself in a professional, respectful manner and me and my husband have so much respect for him. Our last talk was at the T.A parking lot when he was tailing us and he didn't know it was us, we talked for a while... Ronnie will always hold a special place in my heart personally because no matter what a I may have went through he was always encouraging and made me hopeful. I am very saddened by his death and will always remember him as a Great Person, all around. We have totally lost a great friend but, gained a True Gaurdian Angel. Oper. 808~ Butts County E-911
