Your donations support our programs: LODD Notifications, No Parole for Cop Killers, and other awareness campaigns

How to Join

Collect $20 from each member of your unit or association (ie, Midnight Shift, Honor Guard, Academy Class, FOP Lodge, etc.)

Complete the ODMP Front Line Club membership form

Mail the form, donations, and your unit's patch (or agency patch if no unit-specific patch exists) to the address on the form
