Bill Morgan was my best friend and fellow OBNDD agent who died in a tragic plane crash on my birthday July 30.
His death has left me with the most profound grief that to this day has never abated. I knew his wife Elaine and both sons for whom, as the survival officer, was given the heart rending responsibility for informing them of Bill's tragic death.
Over the years I have attempted to locate Elaine and the boys to no avail.
Please let them know how deeply I have been affected by Bill's death and the grief we all share to this day.
