Six days and it will be the 43rd anniversary of your passing. Hard to believe, Brother. I can still hear your deep bass voice and that long country drawl. Still remember the first time I ever saw you, walking the downtown beat, and thinking"That is the tallest cop I ever saw.". Rest easy Brother. My best to Miss Betty.
