I think it is fitting that I thought of you this morning, and then I saw that this is the anniversary of your end of watch. I never knew you, sir, but I left a reflection a couple of years ago. My father and I researched our ancestry and discovered that we are your living relatives. Chief Davis recently gave us your plaque and it hangs on my wall. I am honored to have it, and I am honored to descend from you. Thank you for your service, Captain. I've got the watch, rest easy.
