My Husband William (Bill) Vance Lee is remembered by me and his family today with the same intensity as the day he died September 11, 1989. We remain true to his memory as a wonderful Father, Husband and Family man. A Scholarship in his memory, begun by friends, family and coworkers in Criminal Justice continues today at Isothermal Community College, Spindale NC. He is missed.
