Dear Sgt. Galdi,

You are not forgotten.

I work at 8th and Spring Garden. I pass by your memorial plaque at 5th Street often. I never pass without a glance, a prayer and the sadness that I feel everytime a police officer loses their life while protecting and serving. My Father who is a retired Philadelphia Police Officer knew you and was at the dedication. You are a hero angel. Rest in peace Sgt. Galdi.
