My husband (Sgt. Carlos Nevarez Ret.) and I had the pleasure of meeting your grandson last night as they were announcing the ball players for Luna Community College. As they called Mike Avilucea over the PA, my husband's eyes lit up and he called him over to ask the young man's relationship to you. When we learned that he was your grandson, we were thrilled. We gave him our #s and let him know to just give us a call if he needs ANYTHING. Gone from this world, but never forgotten.
