Michael Anthony Andrews

Master Sergeant Michael Andrews was killed in an automobile crash at 6:40 pm while responding to a report of poachers using their headlights to spotlight deer near Tylertown, Walthall County.

He lost control of his department pickup truck on rain-slicked Harveytown Road and struck a pine tree.

Sergeant Andrews had served with the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks for nine years. He is survived by his wife and two children.
