Lt. Frazier

I met you growing up in Charlottesville, you were my DARE Officer in school. I always said you impacted my life and I turned out the way I did because of you and DARE.

I was an explorer with CPD for a few years before I finally moved away from Charlottesville. Now; all this time later, I am a husband and a father, and a graduate of the West Virginia State Police Academy.

I now have an opportunity to work with DARE and am starting an Explorer Post so I can impact youth in my community like you did. I never got to tell you "thank you". And for you to know how much you impacted my life.

Rest in Peace Brother
