May God grant you peace and comfort during this time of sorrow. Mark served his country proudly and you have nothing to fear that his reputation was anything less than sterling. I am a female navy veteran who give thanks to my brothers and sisters that serve or have served alongside me and before and after my time in service. Mark is not really gone forever. He waits inside the passageway of heaven for his loved ones to join him in due course. I am sure he is watching over you now during your sorrow.

My condolences to the Mayo family. As a former Navy veteran I salute Mark's courage, dedication, and commitment to duty; an obligation I'm sure he took with pride, as did I. Mark's sacrifice, albeit ultimate, will stand as one of honor in our eyes. Again, you have my deepest sympathies during your time of loss.

You were part of my second family, the armory family. You knew how to cheer someone up on a bad day and had the best advise to give. Everyone that knew you will never forget how great of a person you are. You were one of the best people I have ever served with and I am proud to say I was able to. Rest in peace brother you will never be forgotten. Take care bro.
