Bailey was a great respectable, compassionate man, he will be greatly missed. He was very supportive of my family during a difficult that we went through. He was right there with us everyday. I have just read this via the "cops" facebook page. It is such a senseless death, my heart goes out to his family and friends. But not only to them ALL who have been involved with this incident. Wear you uniform proudly for him!
