Bill, I can't believe you're gone. My head is absolutely spinning and I'm at a complete loss for words. We are all hurting and feeling such a great loss. We will all miss seeing you and hearing your contagious laugh around the office. You have made such a positive impact at this agency and on me personally. I thank you for all the advice you have given me and I'm honored to have called you my friend. You will never be forgotten. Rest in peace Bill.
