I recently got the chance to meet and work with Trooper Hakim while processing a crime scene. It was clear Trooper Hakim had a passion for Arson/Explosives and took the time to teach me a few things along the way. My thoughts and prayers are with his friends, family and the Oregon State Police. Rest in Peace....
