Our hearts are with Anne's family and her squad during this terribly difficult time. Annette spoke very highly of Anne and was very proud of ther. I know that Anne will be terribly missed but never forgotten by her friends/coworkers. Anne made the ultimate sacrafice to protect the citizens of her county, for that we are both sad and greatful.

Several families have lost loved ones in this tragic senerio. The Jackson family, the other victims families, the SCSO family, the community family as well as the Zamora family. As a former resident of La Conner and a career law enforcement officer, I know the grief that has struck all these people. My sympathies and condolences go out to all the victims in this. RIP Deputy Jackson. Others will take it from here.
