This man would have been my fathers uncle I believe. I have a son named William Robert Moher, my father Robert Emmet Moher was a fireman for the city of Manchester, NH for 20 years and he had 2 brothers, William and Thomas, who were police officers in NYC for many years. We view officer Moher's death as a tragedy and we also are very proud of his service in protecting and serving the people of Manchester, NH
