Sgt. Szczerba, as I listened to your agency via the internet during Hurricane Irene I was impressed by how calm everyone on the air was and equally impressed that, what I would guess was supervisory personnel, Officers were being ordered to secure locations as the storm hit. The way a department looks out for it's rank and file speaks volumes about that department as a whole. You, as a supervisor no doubt reflected that professionalism and common sense approach. Delaware has lost a true hero.
