John 5:28, 29 - "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". I pray that everyone can find peace in knowing that we will see this officer as well as many others again in Paradise soon. Until then, please accept my condolences.

I saw your story tonight on the news. You have two wonderful boys and they finally got your Charger Squad Car. Because of the kindness of a stranger, your car, that is so important to your son, is back home where it belongs. Godspeed, Deputy Brownlee.

I recently heard the story about your children attempting to purchase your former patrol car. It put a tear in my eye when the winner of the auction paid $60k for the vehicle outbidding your children...and then gave the car to your children. In this day in age it is nice to know there are people out there who appreciate the work of police officers. Rest in peace and know your family will always be in the hearts of all other officers who wear the badge.

Never forget... I'm so sorry for all the pain and suffering that Officer Brownlee's family has endured. His children have spent 4 years without the love and encouragement of a father. His wife 4 years without enjoying the daily moments of a husband. I will never understand how people can shoot and kill the very people that put their life on the line to protect them and make our communities better. Cop Killers are the worst of all evil. My heart and thoughts are with you.... God Bless you Deputy Brownlee - your memory and the life you gave will Never be Forgotten!

I've been thinking about you a lot the last few months brother. Being back in training again has reminded me just how much I learned from you years ago. I'm reminded of the fun times we had and the many lessons I learned.
It's hard to think we are coming up on 4 years since we lost you. They have really had their ups and downs, but the one constant, is the way we still miss you.
Thank you for everything, and I look forward to seeing you again some day.
