Chad-You are a Hero in every sense of the word. You will be missed more than you know. I will never forget all the good times we have shared since I was assigned down here. We lost one of the best in the business, no doubt. Know that your good work and dedication to citizens of the town of Georgetown and the State of Delaware will not be forgotten. Fun, laughter, and motivation are just a few of the many things I received from working with you and being around you. Rest in peace my Brother, until the day we meet again.

My prayers go out to Chad's family & friends. He gave the ultimate sacrifice and will be rewarded with an eternity in heaven to watch over you, just as he did during his time here on earth.

"It's foolish and wrong to mourn the men who died.
Rather we should thank God that such men lived."
