It is with a broken heart that we mourn the passing of one of New Mexico State policeman, Sergeant Andrew (Andy) Tingwall who passsed from us on Thursday, June 11, 2oo9 Andy's dedication and duty to those whom he swore to protect and defend was extended to a victim of this horrific plane crash ending his life as forgo his own safety to free a victim of this crash. God speed dear Bro and you will be remembered by the life you lived and to th fullest always committed to the call of duty first. Bless and many God bring comfort to you family and friends for because of you another life goes on.
