The New Mexico State Police has lost a brave and extraordinary officer and pilot. I and the members of my unit have lost a close friend and fellow pilot. Our sadness is over whelming, but our memories of Andy will live forever in our hearts! Good bye my friend! You are now flying higher than ever before!
