My deepest sympathy and thoughts go to your family, friends, and co-workers during this difficult time. Your death sounds as if it were a LONG and miserable time in coming. Being paralyzed for so long most surely cost you the fighting spirit, and ultimately, your life. Your brothers in blue will continue to fight the hopeless fight.....Thank you for your service and for making the ultimate sacrifice in trying to make this world a better place. Salute.

Words can not say enough but, we mourn another hero that has been taken from us. If it was by accident or crimes against an officer it is a great loss. We will be praying for your family during these trying times. My deepest sympathy to the family, friends and co-workers. May the Lord give you strength and bless each of you during this time.
Remember these few verses from Psalm 23, The LORD [is] my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou [art] with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.
