I first met P.O Hennessy as I was doing subway overtime for school dismissal ( I worked in the 61 at the time ) at the station with many stores around I met him . As we talked I noticed his Irish accent and he was from an area where my mother was from . I called my mother on the spot and they talked ... lol . My mother enjoyed that conversation .
A short time later ( months ) I heard on tv that a nypd officer had died LOD . My phone rang and it was my mother that heard the news ans was devastated to learn that you passed ( she was always upset when any officer died but she spoke to you ) . Years later in a hospital in Ireland my brother was getting a surgery done and a women was in the bed next to him , they spoke .. small world , it was your mom ! My brother is a retired officer living in Ireland
You are not forgotten and may God rest your soul ans watch over your family .
Salute !

Frank,
It's unreal that I think of you almost every day... I don't miss all those containers at Farrell's, I don't miss those shots of Blackberry. I miss you, your wisdom, your honesty, your friendship, your knowledge. NY needs cops like you, thank you for everything you taught me...
Godspeed Franci.... Rest in peace, you deserve it

Your heroism and service is honored today, the sixth anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. I pray for solace for all those who love and miss you for I know both the pain and pride are forever.

Rest In Peace.

Forgive me for missing the anniversary of your E.O.W., but I felt as though I could not continue to read about so many tragedies. I now realize the visit each day to leave a word of encouragement and hope to the loved ones of others, helps me to remember that I am not alone with my pain and heartbreak. So may I say to your friends and loved ones that my thoughts and prayers are with them now and always. Continue to keep watch over them and those still out on patrol and may they know you will never be forgotten.

Thinking of you on the second anniversary of your departure. I hope your
family is being cared for.

Blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the kingdom of Heaven.
Blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted.
Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the earth.
Blessed are those who hunger and search for righteousness
For they shall be satisfied.
Blessed are the merciful for they shall obtain mercy.
Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called sons of God.
Matthew 5:3-9
