I am thrilled and amazed that after all this time and continuous badgering, the City Council voted and it passed unanimously to honor your sacrifice via the street naming program. Thanks to B.T. for all his assistance and for putting up with my constant nagging while getting this to the council and approved.

I'll keep up my efforts in seeing you are honored, respected, and your sacrifice is not forgotten.

Love you!

As the five year anniversary of your death approaches I am pleased that the city council is honoring you by naming a memorial blvd. for you. Even though I think of you and say a prayer each time I cross the road where your accident occurred, now many more will do so also!

Still love and miss you every day!

Got to spend a wonderful evening with you handsome son for his birthday! What a joy he is and what a great guy. You were always so proud of the boy and you would be even prouder of the man he has become. I am thankful to still be a part of his life and only wish I could have his momma here with us. You are loved and missed every day my friend.
Keep your watchful eye on all of us as you always did here on earth.

Just wanted to come by to pay my respects. Wish you were still around to lead by example. I didn't work with you very long, but its doesn't take long to figure out who you should follow and who you shouldn't. Thanks for always offering advice when I asked. You haven't been forgotten around the department. We all miss you.

It's almost Thanksgiving again - It makes me smile when I think of the last few years we spent them together and all the laughter we shared. I am once again thankful for the short time we had together and your friendship.
You are in our hearts and prayers this holiday and always!

Your heroism and service is honored today, the fourth anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

I hold your family in thought and prayer.
Rest In Peace

October 3rd will always bring pain and sadness, but the memory of your smile and laughter will always bring comfort during the pain. You are missed so much every day, by so many people. God's gain was our loss.

It's that terrible time of the year again when all the memories take over. Four years have passed and still it seems like yesterday when the worst days of our lives took place. Missing you always and loving you forever.
