MSP. As a child I revered the MSP Troopers. A childhood friend is married to one and one was my instructor at Schoolcraft Police Academy. Best Dressed! Sharp! Professional! All these describe the MSP Trooper. All these describe Trooper Marshall.

At this time of year we celebrate the birth of a Saviour who made the ultimate sacrifice and now lives. Let us remember the life and death of a saviour who made the ultimate sacrifice and who shall live again. Rest In Peace.

Hey Kevin. I met your sister at COPS siblings retreat. You made some impression on her in your "too short life". She loves and misses you very much. Man, I am really struggling today Kevin. Maybe it's because of some decisions I've made that reminds me of you being snatched from us. I think of your family and the pain they are still going through in losing you. You are in my heart and a true comrade that I will miss forever.
