My father-in-law, Ret. SGT. Bill Jasko, ESU-5, was close friends with Joe. I was just looking at my in-laws wedding picture on the wall of their house. Joe was the best man. I have known Bill Jasko for over 30 years and every time he mentions Joe, he welds up with tears and I can see his that he was loved and is truly missed.
