Theodore Richard Zorsky

Police Officer Ted Zorsky was killed in an automobile crash while on patrol at approximately 3:00 am.

While traveling on Crandon Boulevard, his vehicle went out of control and struck a palm tree on the side of the road. Officer Zorsky suffered a brain aneurysm as a result of the crash and died as a result.

Officer Zorsky was a United States Army veteran who had served with the Key Biscayne Police Department for 25 years and had previously served with the Hialeah Police Department for seven years. He is survived by his two daughters, who also served in law enforcement.
