I used to be the resident manager for Princess Ann Duplexes. William would check on me while I was at work because it was a tough neighborhood. We were friends and he was kind and generous. I feel if he had to do it all again, he’d give his life to save someone else. It’s been 20 years and his impact is still felt. Rest In Peace Burtt.
