Your heroism and service is honored today as we approach the 90th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service.

My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer. He was shot twice when ambushed on April 23rd when he was on a foot pursuit of two bank robbers. Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace.

Officer Driscoll, today marks the 87th anniversary of your tragic death. Had you not acted as you did, you would probably have lived right through to retirement, but what would have happened to the drunk driver? Would he have killed people? Ultimately, it was his actions that took your life. I hope he learned a valuable lesson from the events of that sad day.

You gave your all for the City of Holyoke and the Commonwealth as a whole and for all your efforts you are a hero.

God Bless and may you continue to Rest in Peace, Brother.
