Leave a Reflection

Reflections for Deputy Sheriff Michael Christopher Walizer

Mike, we served together at the very start of our careers, at Alpha Omega Security Services. We had such a great time working together and never doubted our futures would be in law enforcement.. and we both made it. Had lost touch with you until I heard of your accident—and I was working for the NN Airport Police at that time.
You were a great guy, great cop and you absolutely loved the job. You are never forgotten.

Michael. Eleven years has passed since you were called home.
There isn't a day that goes by that I do not think of you. We, your family miss you and you will always be in our heart until we see you again in heaven. We will never forget you.
It is so nice to read the reflection that are left by your LEO family as well knowing that you were so valued missed and loved by them.
Rest easy my son.

I haven't been here for awhile but it doesn't mean that I have stopped loving you, thinking of you or missing you every day I live. Rest in Peace my son. One day we will see each other again; I am so very sure of that and that is where my peace comes from since you've been gone. Love, Mom

You told me you filled up your tank one day and drove until it ran out of gas, and so it brought you to Newport News. I will always remember you as respectful, kind and sweet. At a time when things were tough at home for both of us, you still kept it professional. What we had was special, clean. I thank you for that. I just found out, and it's been six years. This means you left right before my mom. I have missed you all these years and now I miss you even more. I can still hear the sound of your voice and see your smile. May you rest in peace.

John 5:28, 29 - "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". I pray that everyone can find peace in knowing that we will see this officer as well as many others again in Paradise soon. Until then, please accept my condolences.

I think of you and miss you every day, but as the Fall Season approaches I think of you and miss you holding on to all of the memories of you when you were a little boy and lived in the mountains of Pennsylvania. You always loved country living. Fall was one of your most favorite seasons. When the mountains were in full change of beautiful fall colors of yellow orange and brown you would call them "Your Fruit Loop Mountains" I miss you so much son and I thank God every day for the wonderful happy memories of you. You may be gone from sight but you live forever in my heart and memories. You will never be forgotten. Sending my love to heaven. Mom

I'll lend you for a little while a child of mine , He said, for you to love him while he lives and mourn for when he is gone. It may be six or seven years or twenty-two or three but will you till I call him back, take care of him for me? He'll bring his wit to gladden you, and should his stay be brief, You'll have his memories as solace for you grief.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY in heaven today Michael my son. I miss you, I love you. I will never forget you.
