Tim and I were partners at the Los Angeles Field Office and went to Protection together. He and I were the computer nerds back in those days. First met Time on a trip to WDC and was wanting to buy a computer kit at Zenith - this was around 1984.

I had not realized we lost Tim as I moved on to a few more transfers after protection and Tim transferred to Portland, Oregon for awhile.

Tim Fidel was my fraternity brother in TKE at USC and roommate. We worked on USC Songfest together. He was a very talented and creative guy and remarkably funny to be with.

It has been a decade since you have passed away but not a day goes by where I don't think of you. Even though you have passed away, you will always live on forever in my heart. You always have and always will be my role model.

Rest in peace. 11/02/1953-10/29/2004.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 5th anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace.
