Officer Reinhardt,

Philadelphia Police Academy Class 394 (graduating December 2020) is dedicated to the memory of Policeman Reinhardt. The years going back are too far to connect with the policing of that time; but the heart of the urban soldier who laid down his life in service to others is timeless. We salute you, Policeman Reinhardt.
