Reflections for Detective Joseph Alan Seals

This one hit home, brother thank you for your service and sacrifice. What an amazing job you did while walking this earth. You will never be forgotten by all your brothers and sisters in blue.

Patrol Officer Victor Montanez
Venice Police Department

I’m speechless. The officer was just doing his job and sadly walked into a trap. And then the perpetrators went on to murder other innocent people.
You did your job Sgt. You can rest now, others can take the reigns.

Peter Palmer, ret
BPPD

Heavenly Father, You are always faithful and quick to show mercy. Detective Joseph Seals, of the Jersey City, New Jersey Police Department, was suddenly and violently taken from us on Tuesday, December 10, 2019. He was Shot in the back of the head and Killed in the Line-of-Duty in Bayview Cemetery after encountering two subjects in a van that was linked to a homicide in Bayonne, New Jersey. Come swiftly to his aid, have mercy on him, and comfort his family, friends, and colleagues by the power and protection of the Cross. We ask this through our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ; for He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one can go to the Father except by way of the Son. Amen.

“Blessed are those who make peace. They will be called God’s children.” [Matthew 5:9 GW]

“Jesus said to him, “I can guarantee this truth: Today you will be with me in paradise.” [Luke 23:43 GW]

“The greatest love you can show is to give your life for your friends.” [John 15:13 GW]

“Blessed are those who mourn. They will be comforted.” [Matthew 5:4 GW]
