Kevin was my roommate at the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy, Class 92-C. Always enjoyed his company. We worked in different parts of the state. I am fortunate that I got to catch up with him a few weeks ago and we sat and visited for a while and caught up. He was a good officer and this is hard to accept. Rest in peace brother. Prayers are going out to your family.
