There are three types of people in this world: sheep, wolves and sheepdogs. Some people prefer to believe that evil doesn't exist in this world and if it ever darkened their doorstep, they wouldn't know how to protect themselves. Those are the sheep.

Then you've got predators, who use violence to prey on the weak; they are the wolves.

And then there are those blessed with the gift of aggression. An overpowering need to protect the flock. These men and women are the rare breed who live to confront the wolf. We are called the sheepdog.

All these fallen brothers in blue showed this on this infamous day on law enforcement. We will continue the watch from here my brothers and we shall never forget. You All are in our prayers.

Campbell County Sheriffs Office Jacksboro, TN

God bless you my brother in blue. The news of your murder by a racist coward was a shock to all of us in the law enforcement community. Many do not appreciate the risk we all take or the sacrifices we make as police officers. They talk ill of us, but call when something goes bump in the night. And what do we do? We go and we make them feel safe because that is our duty as guardians of the publics safety.

Thank you for performing your duty to the citizens of Dallas. Thank you for protecting the freedoms and rights of those who don't care for us. You were a true warrior and guardian to the end.

To your family, I am truly sorry for your loss. No one can appreciate the hell you are going through. You saw your husband off to work and he never came home again. Only the wives of those of us that wear the shield get it.

God I am so sorry. My heart breaks for all of you in Dallas.
