I was Chad's friend and FTO while he served in Newport News. He was one of the finest persons, Dad, Husband, Officer and Trooper. He was always talking about his family and his new house. I will miss you. My heart aches for your wife and children. Your children knew you as Dad, but as they get older they will come to know that you were such a wonderful person who touched so many lives.
