We will never forget Trooper Trevor Casper. He had a caring heart, and always a big smile on his face. He was a hard working Cadet and Trooper. He was the youngest Cadet in our Class. He showed maturity, dedication and readiness to do this job.

He saw a threat to the community and took that threat head on. He did his JOB. The community is a safer place because of the work he did. We are grateful for his service.

We will miss our Brother. Our hearts are heavy. Our deepest condolences go out to his family.
