John 5:28, 29 - "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". I pray that everyone can find peace in knowing that we will see this officer as well as many others again in Paradise soon. Until then, please accept my condolences.

Dear Bill:

On this painful day, I wanted to take a moment to say that I enjoyed working with you on several cases, and the fact that I got to not only get to work with a true hero, but also I got to know you as well.

You shall never be forgotten, my brother. Your sacrifice and that of your family will always be sacred to us still here. But rest easy, Bill, knowing that your actions then, and throughout your career, has set the bar high for other law enforcement officers to follow.

It's an honor for me to say I knew you and worked with you.

"Above all else, honor".

God Bless You and your family.

Your heroism and service is honored today. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. We will never forget our 9/11 heroes.

Rest In Peace.

Prayers for Special Agent Sheldon's wife, children, friends, and colleagues. May you find comfort in the loving promise our heavenly Father words recorded at Revelation 21:3,4 "he will wipe every tears from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away". There is a wonderful prospect that awaits Special Agent Sheldon, may all find peace in solace in God's loving promise.

I am so very sorry that you, your family and fellow officers became so ill
during that devastating time. I watched as heroes from all types of agencies from all over struggled to find survivors. May you rest easy now.
