I am grieved to read this. In the past I have hesitated leaving a message because I am a civilian, but I realize that civilians need to be involved more in the care of our law enforcement people and that includes morning a loss. I morn your loss to the community and your family, friends and fellow officers. Thank you for your service. Rest in peace, good and faithful servant.

Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
