Sam..I had great times training, working, and on the range with you. You were a wonderful person to be around and could always brighten my day with your wonderfully big smile but I understand why God would want you with him...He needed a great cop to patrol the streets of heaven. You will be missed!

My thoughts go out to Sam's family and my former co-workers at the Franklin County Sheriff's Office. Sam will be watching over all of you and protecting his brothers and sisters in blue.
