I remember the last time I stopped by the station to say hi to everyone and when you saw me you got up from your chair and greeted me with a big huge and a smile. Whenever I would see you patrolling our streets you always waved, smiled and said hi to me. You never complained about the calls I sent you on and were always the first to help out your fellow brothers. I miss you already knowing that when I leave my house I wont see you on the streets of Frederick. Please watch over Frederick, your fellow officers, friends and family and know that you will be missed by those whose lives you touched in your short time here with us.
