I have often thought of the respect that all of you in Baton Rouge showed us here in Bossier City when we had a fallen hero. Not long after that, me and my best friend, who is also a Bossier City Police Officer paid our respects as we attended the loss of a brother Officer in your city. It always hits home for me when one of our own goes down. Id like to take this oppertunity to again say that I am sorry for your loss in Baton Rouge. May God be with all of you in this tragic time. Im so sorry for ALL of our loss. My prayers and thoughts go out to all of you. To the family of Officer Beck, my condolinces. My thanks for giving us a brother who dedicated his life to be a servent to the citizens of Baton Rouge. Officer Beck, You Sir are a true Hero. Thank you for you loyal service to your city, our state and our Country. God Bless Sir and rest in peace. Now, as you patrol the streets of gold, you serve as a Guardian Angel to us all.

Mark,

I am still in shock. I can't believe that you are gone. I am truly at a loss for words.

You will be sorely missed brother.

I will miss our regular talks about family, work, and life. I will miss hearing about all the plans for your Allison and always getting updated on your progress. But more so than anything else, your smile, positive attitude, and encouraging spirit will always be a great memory for me.

So save me a seat. You still owe me that 100 MPH pass you promised. I'll see you soon.

Rest well. The watch is ours now.
