Why is it that God always takes the best men so early? You have faithfully served the citizens of Philadelphia for twenty-five years and have only stood up for what is right. I am so saddened by the news of Officer Cassidy's passing. One more senseless death in a trend that seems to be exploding in this area. Officer Cassidy is a true hero and will always be remembered for his bravery and dedication to duty. Rest in Peace!
