Scott was my first phase FTO. To this day, 18 + years later, I still find myself practicing the good officer safety habits and techniques he taught and demanded of me then. I have always felt fortunate the have been mentored by Scott at such a critical time in a young officer's carreer. He truly was an outstanding officer.
