Today of all days, we should be thankful for the service and sacrifice of the brave men and women in uniform, whether in that of an LEO, firefighter, or a member of the armed services. Officer Menuez, thank you so much for your service, and to the family of this brave man, thank you for allowing him to serve his community, and his country, letting us all benefit. I am so sorry for your loss, and I hope the knowledge that he was a hero in so many ways helps you in your grieving and your memorializing of this fine officer and soldier.
