Frank, I am so proud of you and the way you conducted your life. You are a good Christan, husband, father and police officer. Know that you will always live on in all of our lives and you are a true hero. You have set a great example for Avery, Dalton and the rest of the children in your family. Rest assured that you can count on the rest of us to care for Avery and Tara and to give them the support that you would have if you were here. You will live on in all of our memories. God bless you, your family and all of the officers that serve this great nation.

You gave the ultimate sacrifice in this line of work. I appreciate all that you did. For your family and co-workers, I share their grief. Please know that we will continue to serve knowing that we are all only human and do the best that we can do. This job is not just about being hard nosed when we have to, but about being a caring person ready to help anyone out in any situation and that is what you were doing.
