Frank,
I was working when this all happened. I want you to know that you will be missed. You were one of the best people I have ever been around. As a policeman, father, husband, and friend, I have never known your equal. I hope they have plenty of Laffy Taffy in heaven.

Godspeed, brother. Rest in peace.

You and I are also much the same. We both wear county brown. We went to the same university and worked for the same cadet program. I know the loss your family feels as I lost my dad in the line of duty not long after I began my own career.

To all my brothers at Floyd County you are in my thoughts and prayers. I will continue to pray for you and the Denzinger family through this triadic loss. As a former Floyd County Officer and a someone who knew Frank, I can say with great confidence that the County was a better place under his protection as the jail was when he served the community there, prior to meeting his goal of being a patrol officer. In this time of loss it is hard to think of a positive. Never forget, like Frank, we are the protectors of our cities, counties, states and this country. We must continue to step up for those who can not care for or defend themselves, the week, the young and the old. We must continue to protect those under our charge to the best of our ability, as we have sworn to do so. If it was not for men such as Frank, that are willing to take on this task every day, giving up family time while working nights, weekends, holidays, always knowing that today could be your last, this world would be in chaos.

Brothers, keep your head up and go out and do what you do as professional as you can. We all do the job for different reasons, but now I charge you with doing the job for Frank, the way he would have continued to have done it given the chance, as a top professional. Always remember are fallen brother and his fallen family is depending on us to do so.

GOD Bless
