Jeff was a great man. I didn't know him very well, but I did know him enough to know he loved his job and the people of Abilene. He also is a great LORD fearing man who is rejoicing in heaven. Jeff will be missed and mourned. The LORD used Jeff to touch others lives and to show HIMSELF through Jeff in his daily work habits. Jeff, I love you brother and will see you again someday in a better place. Till then, Goodbye for now.
