Your life just got better, but ours just got worse. Your
co-workers show alot of love and respect for you in
their words here. I'm sure your pastor will have even
more accolades to describe you at your funeral tomorrow, but the greatest words are those from Jesus
that you've already heard: "well done, good and faithful
servant." I know you are blissfully happy with your Lord
and Savior now and I pray for God's peace and hand to
be on all those whose lives have drastically changed without your love, support and friendship. May the Lord
take up the slack and fill in the gaps. Thank you for your
service. You left us too soon!

Jason, you were a great officer, a devoted family man and a true friend. I am honored to have had the privelidge to have known you. I miss the times we talked about flying and planning our trip to visit the great restaurants of the Northeast. I miss hanging out and the talks we used to have. You had a true appreciation for life and it showed in your demeanor. You were always faithful and true to your word. I thank you for your devotion to duty, your selfless service, and most of all, your friendship. You will be missed brother.

There is nothing I can say that others before me have not already said. You were a great husband to your wife and a better father to your children. God rest your soul because you no longer have the worries of this world before you. It was a pleasure to have known you and worked with you. Love always, Sgt. Jason, words cannot express how the City of Greenville feels tonight or how your family feels. We are all dealing with suffering such a loss, a wonderful officer and person gone away too soon. You were always smiling, always willing to help and we will remember that. You are now resting in the place where there are no guns, no fights and no fears, only comfort. God will take care of your family that is still on earth and so will your earthly brothers and sisters. You were a good cop, father and husband. We will miss you.

Jason,
You will never know the many many people that you helped during your time on earth. Through your kindness and dedication you truly did make a difference here. It has not gone unnoticed. Even though I knew you for a few short years I was so impressed with your integrity, intelligence and truly caring attitude toward others. I can not express my feelings as eloquently as those remembrances posted here. All I can say, from the bottom of my heart, is Thank You so much for everything you did and the tremendous sacrifice you have made. It was a honor to know you. I pray that God will deliver the strength to your wife and children so that they may overcome their grief at this tragic time. May God bless and protect you and your family.
