I met Brian Gibbons in the police acadmeny in 2002. Brian was a quiet man, but when he spoke he was very clear and to the point. Brian was smart and became very knowledgeable about his chosen career.
May Brian rest in peace and may God place his comforting hand on those left behind to wonder why Brian had to depart so early in life.
